With more than a decade of experience working in talent development, Kevin has grown as an instructional designer, trainer, and training manager with the United States Peace Corps (Rwanda, 2009–2011) and multiple NYC-based non-profit and private organizations, during which time they developed and facilitated learning content on topics like: navigating safety compliance, understanding business processes, using company software tools, leading with emotional intelligence, and embodying a workplace culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
